BSP announce the arrival as of 1st September of Senior Counsel Javier Garcia Olmedo. Javier will join BSP’s Litigation team, reinforcing an already strong team led by Partner Fabio Trevisan, Anne Morel, Laure-Hélène Gaicio-Fievez and Elodie Vincent. With more than 10 years of practice and teaching in arbitration, he will focus on arbitration and the promotion of Luxembourg as an arbitration hub and consolidate BSP’s position as a major Luxembourg player.
Javier, a Research Scientist at the University of Luxembourg, will bring his practical and academic experience.
