What is your background? How was your firm born?
My background lies in financial transaction management, I worked for over twenty years for different banks mainly in that area. Through my career, I have gained valuable insights into the challenges faced by operational teams within banks. Over time I realised that banks needed a more efficient collaboration method to reduce processing time, errors, and operational risk, I decided to look further into the problem with some friends and after performing some market research, we started to design a solution that would solve the problems these teams face on a daily basis.
