Stacy A. Cummings has been appointed as the new NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) General Manager. Stacy A. Cummings joins NSPA from the United States Department of Defense, where she was most recently Performing the Duties of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment. Prior to her last assignment, she has held key positions serving as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and previously as the Program Executive Officer for Defense Healthcare Management Systems (PEO DHMS). Stacy A. Cummings has also held senior roles at the Department of Transportation and the Department of the Navy.
