Aisling Whelan has joined the Investment Funds practice of NautaDutilh Avocats Luxembourg as a senior associate. She assists asset managers, fund promoters, depositary banks and institutional investors with the full range of legal and regulatory matters concerning the structuring, formation and ongoing operational activities with respect to Luxembourg regulated and unregulated alternative investment fund structures. Prior to joining NautaDutilh, she worked for other prominent law firms in Luxembourg and Dublin. Aisling Whelan is admitted to the Irish roll of Solicitors and the Luxembourg Bar (Liste IV).
