Mr. Kirschfink, you joined the Accenture Luxembourg office on September 1st 2017, coming from your latest assignment in New York, what are your ambitions?
Our ambitions at Accenture have always been to be a trusted partner for our clients and the eco-system that we work in, the past couple of month our entire firm has re-focused on helping our clients to rotate to the NEW – this means NEW technologies, NEW business models and NEW markets. My role is to focus on our client’s Digital agenda and help them harvest the full spectrum of opportunities that comes with the new technologies, which can help our clients in two ways:
- Increase their internal efficiencies and lower your cost to serve,
- And providing an increased customer experience...
