Raising money in the UK with OFR: Relief or hurdle?

However, in practice, does the OFR really offer streamlined market entry to target retail investors in the UK?   Deloitte Tax Consulting Luxembourg collaborated with the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to test the new OFR application process before its launch.
