Linklaters announces that Marie Sinniger, a leading employment practitioner, will be joining the firm as Luxembourg’s Head of Employment. Marie’s practice addresses all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law including; drafting and terminating employment contracts, handling employment issues in the context of corporate restructuring operations, cross-border employment issues, collective bargaining, collective redundancies, staff representation, social audits, remuneration policy, incentive plans and employee benefits. She also represents employers in a wide range of employment law disputes. Marie joins the firm alongside Thomas Alberti who also joins the Linklaters Employment Incentives practice as a managing associate.
