Over the last couple of editions, I have written two articles about running meetings. The first was about how to prepare for them; the second was about things that might go wrong during the meeting. This article is about what happens after the meeting.
You called this meeting with a particular objective in mind, so you want to make sure that you get to where you need to get.
This objective does not finish when the last person leaves the meeting. The follow up is just as important as running the meeting itself.
