The new Luxembourg arm of law firm-led professional service business, Mourant, has officially transitioned to the Mourant brand on 20 February 2024. Mourant expanded into Luxembourg last year, with the law firm, previously known as LexField, and governance services business, previously known as FideField, joining the Mourant global network. In a sign of things to come, Mourant has promoted the head of the Luxembourg office's Banking and Finance practice, Saniyé Tipirdamaz, to partner.
