On 3 February 2020, NautaDutilh strengthened its Luxembourg Funds practice with the arrival of investment funds partner Luc Courtois. Prominent in his field, Luc has more than 25 years' experience on the Luxembourg legal market, with a strong focus on investment management. His practice covers the full range of Luxembourg-based UCITS and alternative funds as well as all legal aspects of investment funds, management companies and their activities.
Luc Courtois started his career as a lawyer in 1993. Prior to joining NautaDutilh's Luxembourg office as a partner, Luc Courtois was a partner at another reputable law firm in Luxembourg.
