RBS International has appointed Selina Camara, who has been employed by the bank since leaving school, as its new Head of Resourcing and Talent. Selina Camara’s career has spanned 23 with the bank. This has included a range of roles within Retail banking, time as a Relationship Manager in the International Private Banking team, and most recently as a Performance Coach, dedicated to helping the business’ leadership population develop and grow their skills. Selina Camara, who is based in Jersey, will be responsible for further developing the bank’s talent strategy in all its jurisdictions, as well as delivering its strategic workforce plan to respond to the changing way we live and work.
