SMS group announces the appointment of Frank Wagener as the new Managing Director and Paul Tockert as Technical Director of Paul Wurth S.A., effective immediately. They will be succeeding André Schneider, who has expressed his wish to leave the company to seek new professional challenges as of 1st June. During his tenure in SMS group, André Schneider has held several key positions including Head of Forging Products, Head of Region CIS, and following the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the leadership of the Region Europe as well as the role of CEO of Paul Wurth S.A.
