Domiciliation in Luxembourg – how does it work

In certain circumstances, a company may not be interested in establishing its own private premises. Instead, it may choose to be domiciled at the premises of a third party, using these premises as the company’s official domicile.   This domicile can serve as the company’s head office or as an ordinary branch of its business.
