What is your background? How was your firm born?
I hold a Ph.D. in Economics, and in addition to my research and teaching activities, I also have experience as a founding partner and investor in fintech companies in Latin America. InvestSet was founded upon the identification of a market gap in Europe and Asia when it comes to data and analytical tools providers. Our market research, based on primary and secondary data, has revealed a competitive landscape with few players, but limited solutions and high prices for the final client. We then gathered our team of experts in technology and finance and enhanced our artificial intelligence-based technology to create tailored solutions that meet few niche demands in our market space.
