On 13 June 2023, the Chamber of Deputies of Luxembourg adopted the bill of law n°7885 (the Bill) implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/452 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 March 2019 establishing a framework for screening foreign direct investments into the EU (the FDI Regulation). The Bill will enter into force on the first day of the second month following the month of its publication on the Luxembourg Gazette.
