Norton Rose Fulbright strengthens investment funds practice and launches Employment
Two years on from its expansion into Luxembourg, global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright announced two lateral hires to further expand this growing practice. Max Welbes joins as partner in the firm’s investment management team. He is joining from the Luxembourg office of Loyens Loeff, where he was partner in the investment management department. Max Welbes focuses on German-speaking jurisdictions, with over fifteen years of experience in setting up alternative funds, UCITS and structured products. Yuri Auffinger comes to the firm from Linklaters as of counsel to lead Norton Rose Fulbright’s new employment and litigation practices in Luxembourg.
