Global law firm Goodwin announced that Julien Schraub and Céline Moille will join the firm’s Luxembourg office as counsel in Tax and Financial Services practices, respectively. Additionally, Philip Spilberg has been promoted to counsel in Private Investment Funds practice, effective January 1, 2024.
With over 15 years of experience, Julien focuses on Luxembourg income tax law providing general tax planning, international tax planning, as well as tax-related matters with regard to mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring to multinational firms and asset managers involved in the private equity, real estate and debt strategies.
