Going into 2024 and their 20-year anniversary, ATOZ Tax Advisers announce the appointment of two new partners, Samantha Hauw and Fanny Bueb, both experts in International Corporate Tax, bringing the number of partners to 16.
Samantha joined ATOZ in 2012, having been a tax professional since 2011. She has experience in advising a wide range of international clients on direct tax aspects of cross-border operations, set-up of investment structures, reorganisations and exit planning and is also active in infrastructure, private equity and real estate fund set-up, carried interest, deal structuring and mergers acquisitions.
