Latest updates on MiFIR II and MiFID III proposal

In 2018, the revised MiFID II came into effect accompanied by the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation (MiFIR),(2) offering technical standards for implementation.   Together, MiFIR and MiFID II form a comprehensive framework for regulating EU financial markets, aiming to enhance transparency, efficiency, and investor confidence.
