European Commission publishes first set of guidelines on AI

These Guidelines were published further to the first wave of provisions of the AI Act entering into application on 2 February 2025 regarding prohibited AI practices and AI literacy, both of which require an understanding of what constitutes a (prohibited) AI or not.   Is my system an AI or not?   This is the question...
