The Impact of the EU AI Act on Luxembourg Funds and their Managers

The AI Act lays down harmonized rules for the development, placing on the market, putting into service, and the use of artificial intelligence (“AI”) in the EU. Its goal is to promote the benefits of AI, such as innovation, whilst ensuring a high level of protection in terms of fundamental rights.
