Real estate and private equity specialist Delphine Gomes has joined Ogier's Banking and Finance team in Luxembourg as counsel, bringing more than a decade of experience in cross-border and domestic financings to the growing practice. Delphine advises multinational clients, notably private equity firms, financial institutions and investment funds, and has considerable experience in leveraged finance, with a strong focus on real estate, acquisition finance and fund finance, especially in relation to private equity deals.
