In a move that further strengthens its growing alternative investment funds offering and expands its range of services, Vandenbulke announces that leading investment funds lawyer Dr. Marcel Bartnik has joined the firm as a partner in our Luxembourg headquarters. Marcel is joining the firm to lead its Investment management and investment fund practice.
Dr. Bartnik is a German national and in addition to his terrific experience brings specific German legal knowledge and capabilities to the firm. Dr. Bartnik's experience will be synergistic with Denis Van den Bulke's 30-year experience in the fund industry and extend the range of Vandenbulke expertise across all types of structures and asset classes.
