Kleos Space S.A. (ASX: KSS, Frankfurt: KS1), a space-powered defence intelligence technology company, announces the appointment of Sara Fanous in the role of VP Finance and acting CFO, effective 1 January 2023.
Mrs Fanous is a U.S. citizen who has worked more than 17 years in the auditing, Data-as-aService, aerospace, satellite, wireless voice, and Internet of Things (IoT) industries. She gained experience in public accounting (KPMG and Ernst Young), Technical Accounting and SEC reporting (Iridium Communications), and building accounting/ finance departments in earlystage space-based data and communication companies (Aireon and SpaceLink).
