Loyens Loeff Luxembourg welcomes Audrey Jarreton as a Banking and Finance Partner as from 18 January 2023.
Audrey, who started her career as a junior lawyer with Loyens Loeff, has more than 15 years of experience as a banking and finance lawyer in Luxembourg and is now joining us from another Benelux law firm. She will add more strength to the firm’s already robust Luxembourg banking and finance team consisting of 22 lawyers.
Audrey brings extensive experience in advising credit funds, institutional investors, private equity funds and portfolio companies in a wide range of cross-border and domestic secured lending deals including direct loans, leveraged buyouts and bank/bond structures.
