Those involved in the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) sphere are well aware that, while the ecosystem is taking important steps to advance the “E” of the acronym, and the “S” is gradually catching up, the “G” has yet to find its time in the limelight. It could be just patiently waiting for its turn as the last letter of the acronym; or maybe the E and the S introduced fresh new ways of thinking and working in a society already filled to the brim with controls, processes, procedures, terms of references, and organization charts.
