EFG International is announcing the appointment of Ioanna Archimandriti, Global Head of Human Resources, as a Member of the Executive Committee and Demis Stucki as Chief Operating Officer and a Member of the Executive Committee, effective 01 December 2024. Demis Stucki succeeds Martin Freiermuth, who has stepped down from this role. In their new roles both Ioanna Archimandriti and Demis Stucki will continue to report directly to Giorgio Pradelli, CEO of EFG International.
Ioanna Archimandriti joined EFG in 2016 and successfully led several Group-wide transformation programmes as Head of Transformation and Chief of Staff to the CEO before being appointed as Global Head of Human Resources in 2021 and as a Member of the Global Business Committee in 2022.
