Global law firm Goodwin announced that Codrina Constantinescu will join the firm’s Private Investment Funds practice as partner in the Luxembourg office.
Codrina has more than 15 years’ experience advising on the structuring, establishment, fundraising and on-going operations of all types of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds, co-investment vehicles, SMAs and similar structures/ arrangements while acting on behalf of fund sponsors. She also assists institutional investors in relation to their participation/investments in Luxembourg or foreign investment funds and has a strong regulatory background particularly in regard to AIFMD, MIFiD and the SFDR.
