Luxembourg Private Credit Funds: Market Analysis and Outlook

Whether this is cautionary advice for borrowers or an encouragement for lenders can be left to individual interpretation. Fact is, however, that both worldwide and in the Luxembourg investment funds industry the private credit market is a popular and quickly growing market segment. The present article aims to shed some light on current trends and developments, based on recent empirical data pulled from surveys.   Before going into further detail, it appears useful to briefly mention which assets are referred to when talking about “private credit”.
