We were swamped with customer emails and texts and desperately needed an efficient way to manage them. That’s where EmailTree.ai came into play. It was our in-house solution that used AI to automate tasks like understanding and responding to various customer service scenarios. What started as an internal tool quickly garnered interest from others. This led to a significant collaboration with Orange Luxembourg, a real game-changer for us....
