A European Open Finance Framework by 2024

This framework depicts both the Commission’s digital finance and retails payments strategy. As an evidence of its wish to move forward quickly, the “package” also contains four proposals for regulation in relation to crypto-assets and distributed ledger technology (DLT), on the one, and digital operational resilience, on the other hand.
