The Supervisory Board of Clearstream Banking AG has appointed Berthold Kracke (49) as new Chief Executive Officer, effective 16 November 2015. He succeeds Stefan Lepp, who has decided, for personal reasons, to leave the company. The Executive Board of Clearstream Banking AG now consists of Berthold Kracke, Martina Gruber and Mathias Papenfuß.
Berthold Kracke joined Clearstream in 1998 and has assumed different management responsibilties in the company, primarily in operational areas. He is currently Head of Business Management, responsible for Network Management, Core Product Mana-gement and Controls Quality Management.
