Five potential challenges that can arise when you are chairing a meeting

But one thing I know to be true is that no matter how much you prepare something, things rarely go as planned. Meetings are no different.   In this second article about meetings, I wanted to talk about 5 potential challenges that might arise when you chair a meeting – be it online or in person – and to give you a couple of things to consider in order to minimise the impact.
