Jean-Luc will be responsible for deploying new information technology in order to maintain strong business growth and facilitate the introduction of new innovative services. He will report directly to Lee Godfrey, Deputy CEO, and will work closely with Stéphanie Noel, Head of Operations, and Renaud Oury, Chief Sales Officer.
