Global law firm Goodwin announced that Virginie Leroy will join the firm's Private Investment Funds practice as partner in the Luxembourg office.
Virginie has over 20 years of experience advising domestic and international clients in various investment management matters, in particular regulatory and corporate governance aspects, throughout the entire fund life cycle, including initial structuring, creation, distribution and management of regulated investments funds such as Specialized Investment Funds, investment companies in risk capital, non-regulated investment vehicles and special limited partnerships. She also advises clients in implementing various investment strategies including in particular in real estate and credit funds.
