Son capital de LUF 1,25 million a été souscrit à 99% par une société maltaise, Clockwork Shipping Co. Ltd. et à 1% par M. Guido Mora, mécani-cien de bord de son état et demeurant à Anvers. Il a été nommé administrateur-délégué.
