Multiconcept Fund Management S.A. is a Luxembourg investment funds management company which was originally set up in 2004 as a management company authorised to manage Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transfe-rable Securities (“UCITS”) under Chapter 15 of the Luxembourg Law of 17 December 2010.
