Lombard International Assurance, a global leader in wealth structuring solutions, has announced the appointment of Ranald Munro to the new role of General Counsel for its European operations. He will report to Axel Hörger, European CEO of Lombard International Assurance.
Mr. Munro will lead a multi-disciplinary team including Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Risk and Compliance functions which will be responsible for ensuring the provision of commercial and corporate services, and advice to the European business. In addition, Ranald will join the Senior Management Team and will be involved in developing and implementing the European growth strategy.
