On 20 June 2012, NautaDutilh won no less than four awards at the Women in Business Law Awards in London. NautaDutilh was voted Best Firm for Women in Business Law in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. The firm also won 'Best National Firm for Talent Management: The Netherlands'. Petra Zijp was also nominated for the individual award for Best in capital markets: Debt. Euromoney Legal Media Group granted the awards owing to NautaDutilhs performance on diversity, focusing specifically on the recruitment, promotion and retention of female talent.
