Allfin Holding Luxembourg acquired a German real estate company holding the Centre Etoile office building located 58 Boulevard Grande Duchesse Charlotte in Luxembourg from AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets (“AXA IM - Real Assets”) acting on behalf of one of its managed funds.
Centre Etoile is a GF+5 office building constructed in 1992 and developing 3,440 m² of office areas. The property is currently occupied by the State of Luxembourg for the need of the Ministry of Labour and Integration, the Ministry of Education, and the House of vocational guidance for a remaining duration of 5 years.
