Simmons Simmons has announced the acquisition of Wavelength, the first regulated legal engineering firm in the world. The acquisition represents an exciting opportunity for the firm. Wavelength will introduce new ways of delivering smarter solutions for clients that draw on a diverse blend of legal, data, design and engineering skills from in, and outside, the legal profession. Led by co-founders Peter Lee (CEO) and Drew Winlaw (COO and Chief Legal Engineer) the Wavelength team will operate from offices in London and Cambridge and will have an international presence.
