The European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA) has today published its latest monthly Investment Fund Industry Fact Sheet, which provides net sales data of UCITS and AIFs for April 2020*.
Bernard Delbecque, Senior Director for Economics and Research commented: “Net sales of UCITS rebounded strongly in April, supported by investor hope that the lockdown measures would help contain the Covid-19 pandemic and mitigate its impact on economic activity.”
The main developments in April 2020 are as follows:
- Net sales of UCITS and AIFs recorded net inflows of EUR 84 billion, compared to net outflows of EUR 306 billion in March 2020.
