The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of RTL Group, on 24 April 2024, approved the statutory and consolidated accounts as at 31 December 2023, and all proposed resolutions. The AGM resolved to pay a dividend of €2.75 per share. The dividend for the full year ended 31 December 2023 will be payable from 29 April 2024 (ex-date: 25 April 2024) at the following banks:
- The Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg: ING Luxembourg SA
- Belgium: ING SA
- Germany: Deutsche Bank AG
The AGM appointed Björn Bauer as Executive Director for a term of office of three years, expiring at the end of the AGM ruling on the 2026 accounts.
