Leading international law firm Clifford Chance today announces the promotion of two new partners in Luxembourg as part of the appointment of 30 new partners across its global network. Kristof Meynaerts, a member of the Luxembourg Investment Funds practice, specialises in the structuring, operation and set-up of funds, whether regulated or unregulated. His practice focuses in particular on real estate, private equity and debt funds. Martin Wurth, a member of Banking, Finance Capital Markets practice, advises on lending and finance matters generally, with a specific focus on fund financing, cross-border lending and structured products.
