Following its press release dated 16 January 2015, RTL Group reminds its shareholders that it has appointed ING Luxembourg as depositary for its unregistered bearer shares in order to comply with the law of 28 July 2014 regarding the immobilisation of bearer shares in Luxembourg. Any unregistered bearer shares not deposited before 18 February 2016 will be cancelled by RTL Group and lead to a reduction of share capital by the same amount.
RTL Group also emphasises that the Luxembourg law from July 2014 only affects bearer shares that have not been registered:
