After successfully concluding the required audits, Cargolux Airlines International S.A. has renewed its IOSA (International Air Transport Association IATA - Operational Safety Audit) certificate for the second time. The IOSA program was initiated in 2003; today, it is an internationally recognized and accepted evaluation system, designed to assess the operational management and safety systems of an airline. The registration is of high importance to Cargolux, not only due to the fact that IOSA registration is a prerequisite to keep IATA membership, but also because it helps the company to take its quality and safety standards to an even higher level. It is also a requirement to operate in a growing number of countries.
