Elvinger, Hoss Prussen advised ICBC Private Banking in receiving approval from the Luxembourg Commission for the Supervision of the Financial Sector (CSSF) for the launch of a Specialised Investment Fund (SIF) managed by an authorised AIFM. This innovative global platform is offering private wealth management solutions to ICBC Private Banking's global client base and will comprise both RMB and non-RMB denominated products.
