EFA is pleased to have been named Central Administration providing the Fund Accounting as well as the Registrar & Transfer Agency services to the Freedom Luxembourg Alternative Strategies RAIF. The new venture capital fund has been launched by Freedom Asset Management Ltd, a Guernsey based asset manager providing services to Private clients and Family Offices, Institutional Distribution services and Managed Fund solutions in Guernsey, Abu Dhabi and now Luxembourg. The fund's first commitment sees it joining the first close of Mubadala's second US venture fund.
