Carnegie Fonder, a leading independent asset management company in Sweden, has selected Universal Investment Group as the new Management Company for its UCITS SICAV fund range in Luxembourg. Carnegie Fonder is part of Carnegie Group, which was established over 200 years ago, making it one of the country’s oldest financial institutions.
The strategic transfer is further strengthened by the consolidated partnership with UI efa - a financial services company primarily specialising in fund administration - as the central administrator and transfer agent, as well as with SEB as custodian.
