Ogier has further expanded the support it provides for new parents by enhancing the paternity, adoption and surrogacy leave benefits in Luxembourg and across all of its jurisdictions.
These changes make Ogier's the most expansive family leave benefits of any offshore firm.
Paternity leave benefits in Luxembourg have increased to 9 weeks paid and up to 43 weeks unpaid, exceeding Luxembourg's statutory requirement of 2 weeks. This change has also been introduced in all other Ogier jurisdictions.
Across all jurisdictions, adoption and surrogacy leave have also been increased to 18 weeks paid and 34 weeks unpaid, and parental/paternity leave benefits have increased to 9 weeks paid and up to 43 weeks unpaid.
